FastGuard Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the FastGuard Terms of Service and applies to all purchases of FastGuard VPN made directly through our website or via authorized app stores.

At FastGuard, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your VPN subscription. If you are not happy with the service, you may be entitled to a refund under the terms below.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions purchased directly through our website. For App Store or Google Play purchases, please refer to Section 5 below.
  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase.
  • This applies only to first-time purchases.
  • Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Refunds are for the full amount paid, with no hidden fees, unless deductions apply under Section 4.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
  • Cancel auto-renewal in your FastGuard account dashboard.
  • Contact our Support Team by email at support@fastguard.co or via live chat.
Please include:
  • Your account email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Purchase date
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period.
Once confirmed, we will process your refund and notify you by email when it has been completed.
3. Processing Time
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the funds to appear.
If you have used the Service after purchase and before cancellation, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund to cover the period of actual use.
4. Early Cancellation After Activation
By starting to use FastGuard immediately after purchase, you agree that your refund may be reduced proportionally to cover the time you have already used before cancellation.
5. Purchases Through Third Partie
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or another authorized reseller, refund requests must be made directly to that platform, which acts as an independent controller for billing and refunds.
FastGuard does not receive your full payment data and cannot modify, approve, or issue refunds for such purchases.

6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
  • The request is submitted after the refund period
  • The account has been used in a way that breaches our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, fraud, illegal activity)
  • Payment was made in cryptocurrency – refunds are returned at the current exchange rate, which may differ from the original amount
7. Goodwill Refunds
For annual or multi-year subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period, FastGuard may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for unused time.
This is a voluntary gesture and not a contractual obligation.
